Inter school Cricket Tournament 2013

Under 12 inter school cricket tournament was organised in GD Goenka public school. 16 school teams from Noida, delhi, sonipat & various other places participated in the event. Winners & Runner up of the championship mate with Indian cricket star Virender Sehwag in Delhi.

A Grand event successfully organized in GD Goenka public school on 16 Nov. 2013 . Chief guest of the program was Governor of Andaman & Nicobar island Ajay kumar singh. The theme of the program was to conserve water - "Boond" . Students performed various dance on the stage. Chief guest Governor general Ajay kumar singh in his speech praised all the student for the program & wished them all the best for their future. In the end principal thanked all the Parents for coming.

Literary Festival 25 October 2013

Literary Festival a two day festival started with great bang from 25 october 2013 in GD Goenka Gr. Noida.
Schools from Delhi, Ghaziabad, Gr. Noida. particaipated enthusiasitcally .Among the participants  DPS,Aster, Greater Valley, GD Goyanka vasant kunj, & GD Goyanka indirapuram were few.
Story enactment, Poetry, Nukkad natak,Rangoli making, Poster & slogan making competitin were organised on the first day.

Sehwag Cricket Acadey ties up with GD Goenka

GD Goenka school has tie up with sehwag cricket academy to provide improved cricket training to the students at different age levels with the help of experienced coaches. It will provide them with the opportunity to play club level cricket in DDCA league, Domestic & International tours & interactions with accomplished players.

Inter school Swimming Championship

Inter school Swimming Championship held at jaypee on 5th october 2013.
More than 20 school from Noida & Greater Noida participated in the swimming activity. Vaibhav Kawatra from GD Goenka Public school Gr.Noida secured the bronze Madel in butterfly 50 meter.

Grandparents day was celebrated with a lot of enthusiasm and with a feeling of love and respect for their grandparents. The celebrations started with a ganesh vandana followed by various cultural events, songs, dance programmes by little angels of KG, Nursery and 1^st classs.

Fun filled games like Cinderella, housie, know your spouse etc were also played. The event also gave the grandparents a platform to cherish their old memories.
